Project Title: Take a Decision Against Carbon Emission (TDACE)Project SummeryThe European Green Deal Communication is the European new growth strategy and recognizes the key role of schools, traininginstitutions and universities to engage with pupils, parents, and the wider community on the changes needed for a successful transition to become climate neutral by 2050. In this framework, the project aims at developing competences in environmental sustainability, developing green skills strategies and carbon free behavior patterns among the participating organizations and adult staff. Our project will promote non-formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among adults, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of organizations and policies in the field of adult on crucial carbon footprint issue.O1(Objective 1); is to provide relevant information about carbon footprint and making the participants aware of their own carbon footprints. In the framework of LTT 1, there will be awareness activities about individual carbon footprint, the harms of large carbon footprint and personal precautions of shrinking ways. This will address the priority of environmental and fight against climate change as the amount of carbon emissions trapped in our atmosphere causes global warming, which causes climate change, symptoms of which include melting of the polar ice caps, the rising of sea levels, the disturbance of animals’ natural habitats, extreme weather events, and so many more negative side effects that are dangerous to the planet, to human and animal life, and to our future. This O1 will enable behavioral changes for individual preferences, consumption habits, and lifestyles; develop sustainability competences of participant adult staff and support the planned approaches of the participating organizations regarding environmental sustainability.O2 is to create a short animation movie about shrinking methods of carbon footprint and carbon free choices. Due to the importance of the films and series of animation in our lives and with the growth of production in animation in recent years, It can be used to establish a culture of behavioral and directional change amongthe members of the society and to empower sustainable development of society. This animation will support the awareness about the harms of large carbon footprint and carbon free choices.O3 is to create a Mine craft carbon free world on mine craft Education Edition. In line with the strategic priorities of the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027), the Programme aims to support this endeavor to engage learners, educators, youth workers, young people and organizations in the path to digital transformation. O3 links to this strategic priority that participants will design and build a virtual sustainable, carbon free world to withstand the process of climate change. This Minecraft carbon free world will both enhance digital skills, and sustainable behaviorsof the participants during the project
